Family House Na kopci

Object is proposed as brick, scattered, with partial basement, two-storey with flat roof and asymmetrical gable roof. At the house there are two terraces and a detached garage with covered outdoor parking spaces.
The disposition of the house is divided into four units – daily zone, SPA, night zone and basement. These units are mutually shifted by a half floors, what eliminates the corridors. Appearance of the house is tackled by three horizontal compositions. The character of the individual mass can be pinpointed by using different materials.
